This is a great top-8. I am a firm believer in strength training, even if you are not looking to get big muscles. I work out at a Fort Lauderdale gym and most of the guys there are interested in weight training, but there are also guys and most of the women who are interested in toning and just staying healthy. There are aerobics classes, kickboxing and cycling. The personal trainers in Fort Lauderdale also do these CrossFit and bootcamp classes. Since we live in South Florida, we are able to be outside all year long, for training and also showing off our hard work at the gym!
